Delivery options and timings
We are now offering tracked delivery for all UK orders. If your order is placed before 1pm GMT, it will be shipped out on the same day.
FREE Delivery on UK Orders over £50 (2-3 working days from dispatch)*
Royal Mail Tracked Standard Delivery (2-3 working days from dispatch) £3.99
Royal Mail Tracked First Class Delivery (1 working day from dispatch) £5.50
*All orders eligible for free delivery will receive the Royal Mail Tracked Standard Delivery service.
Please note that due to Brexit, there may be delays when packages are being cleared for customs. We are now offering tracked delivery for all European orders.

We are now offering tracked delivery for all non-European orders.

Piggy Cosmex is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Jyznltd@gmail.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the return postage fee will not be covered by Piggy Cosmex, unless the product is damaged or wrongly sent.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us and include photos immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
